AirBorne X-Series Aircraft

Classic in flight The X series aircraft are designed around simple fun. These aircraft have their roots in the ultralight world and, while all two-seaters, maintain the ultralight focus of uncomplicated, fun, and light weight. EdgeX aircraft are outfitted with either the 50hp Rotax 503 air-cooled 2-stroke engine (Redback) or the 65hp Rotax water-cooled 2-stroke engine (Outback and Classic). Standard features include:

Airspeed indicator
Hour meter
Tested to 6g positive and 3g negative
SLSA certified by CASA (Australia's FAA equivalent)

This model has been around for many years now and is has proven to be a reliable and robust aircraft. Powered by the Rotax 582, The Classic offers the comfort of the fiber glass fairing, electric start and oil injection as standard features.

X-Series Outback
Rotax 582 DC Two Stroke 65HP

The big tundra tire option coupled with the Wizard 3 wing will give you some amazing landing options. The Outback in this configuration also makes for a great hang glider tug or workhorse for towing banners and stock mustering! Also available with the Streak 2B.

X-Series Redback
Rotax 503 DC Two Stroke 50HP

Don't underestimate the versatility of the Redback, powered by the Rotax 503 it is still a very capable two seater trike. You can add the tundra undercarriage option and have the adventures of a lifetime.
